According to the WHO website, obesity or overweight is one of the fifth leading risks of deaths in the world. While buying the over the counter drugs, it is advisable to buy those which are made naturally or which are medically approved. Another method of reducing weight is to go for bariatric surgery or liposuction. Liposuction is the method of taking the extra fat from certain parts of the body like abdomen, thighs, arms, etc.
